Docusnap 6.0 offers additional useful functions for the management and controlling of a company, which support the transition to a "paperless" office. Instead of searching countless files for invoices or similar, starting Docusnap is sufficient. Per inventoried system the following administrative information can be stored:

Administrators can store and manage passwords in one system.
Password assignment to systems

Sales and master contracts, support and maintenance agreements or rental and service agreements can be added as attachments to the respective entry and saved centrally in the database.

Documentation and assignment of systems concerning inventory number, price and cost center, including document administration and depreciation method filing.
